Living in Snodland ourselves and reading lots of brilliant reviews, we decided to use Liam as he is local, and we wasn't disappointed. Liam initially gave us great advice about different heating systems and so we decided on a combi boiler and doing away with our old immersion cylinder. From day 1 of the install, Liam was very meticulous, tidy, speedy and constantly updating us as to what he was doing. “LP Plumbing & Heating serviced our boiler recently after our previous plumber moved out of the area. At first I was hesitant in changing because the boiler had always been looked after the same people from the time it was installed. I needn’t have worried. Liam called ahead of the time he had scheduled to let me know he was on his way, he arrived within the timeframe he said he would and set about his work straight away. Extremely polite, well presented and courteous, Liam explained each of his findings to me, showed where certain elements were coming to the end of their life and what would need to be done for the next service. The invoice for his work was electronically sent meaning I no longer have to keep paperwork floating around the house and it also serves as a reminder for the next service so I never need to worry about forgetting in future. All in all it was a great service from a very professional, obviously passionate heating engineer and I would happily recommend him. It may only have been a small job but the customer care, tidiness and time taken to explain everything was second to none!”
